At present, we do not offer expedited delivery services. However, rest
assured, we strive to dispatch all orders promptly.
How are orders from Terra Luna delivered?
All orders placed on Terra Luna Global are shipped via our trusted
courier partner, ShipGlobal.
Can I combine two separate orders to save on shipping charges?
Unfortunately, due to regulatory and compliance protocols, we are
unable to merge multiple orders once they are placed. Each order is
processed and shipped individually. Shipping charges will apply to
each order separately unless it qualifies for free shipping. For any
specific concerns, feel free to reach out to our customer support
team.
Do you offer in-store pick-up for online orders?
We currently do not offer an in-store pick-up facility for online purchases.

Delivery Partner Details
Your order will be delivered by our logistics partner, ShipGlobal. Our
delivery partners will attempt delivery twice before returning the
package to us.
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide an accurate shipping
address, including a valid pin code and a reachable mobile number.

is automatically reversed to your account within 24-48 hours.
